While some of our clients work with us to handle the hiring process for roles across levels and functional domains, others partner with us to handle talent acquisition for specific roles – leadership roles across functional domains, analytics, sales, manufacturing teams, and technology, wherein required recruitment bandwidth may not be available in-house. RPO engagements are typically for 12 months or more.
We offer three RPO models to our clients – a client office based RPO team, a remote RPO team, and a hybrid model in which the RPO team has consultants working from client office and remotely / our office. We would, based on factors including size of organisation, projected hiring numbers, costs, length of engagement etc., decide the most effective RPO model in discussion with each client.
