It gives me great pleasure to lead this organization with a team of specialists who have deep functional expertise, multi-industry experience, global professional network and most importantly proven track record of successfully delivering on client engagements.
I, having been a member of the team for more than 15 years, have been involved in most of the critical moves of the organisation including induction of investors, our shift to a hybrid work model, and realignment of our team & business strategy, and rebranding to AXIA in 2023.
Since our founding in 1994 we have been singularly focused on being true to our mission –
“to be a strategic, reliable and business aligned talent solutions partner”.
This focus has enabled us to build deep, long-term relationships with clients, for some of whom we are a sounding board not just for talent strategy, but also business ideas.
We understand that we play a pivotal role in shaping the career path of professionals and hence our consultants spend significant time to understand & assess not just the competence of the individual, but also his / her values & life goals. A deep understanding of both clients & candidates, and also the dynamics of the talent market enables us to effectively handle the search and selection process.
We are currently in the process of re-establishing our direct international presence and have taken initial steps in this direction by building our teams in Singapore & UAE. The Regional Directors based in Singapore & UAE will drive growth for APAC and Middle-East & Africa regions respectively.
